Gallery VERY presents a special selection of Jamieson Edson’s ongoing Polaroid series, a running archive of candid snapshots documenting Boston’s queer community. Taking cues from the local legacies of F. Holland Day and Nan Goldin, Jamieson makes visible the intimate realms of queer life with lovers and friends at center frame. An act of celebration and preservation, Jamieson’s work captures moments of vulnerability at the heart of this pulsing scene, one in which friendship, sex, and love intricately entwine.
