Gallery VERY is pleased to present a special summer show, PERSONA. Through a selection of multimedia portraits, seven artists explore the tension between surface appearances and the interior self. Whether portraying the artist’s likeness, that of a loved one, or an invented figure, each work opens a portal through the subject’s gaze, dissolving distinctions between perceiving and being perceived. PERSONA conjures the depths behind personal masks, examining identity as a tenuous and dreamlike construction.

The exhibition features works by Bunny Correia, Jon Doucette, Kevin Foley, Colleen Kiely, Mae-Chu O’Connell, Jameel Radcliffe, and Brooke Stewart.
